I'm in Manchester getting ready to play as a guest with bassist, Alex Davis. His band is called The Soapbox Trio with Joost on drums and Allister on piano. It's a beautiful evening for some jazz. Tonight, we'll play Coltrane's version of My Favourite Things, Wayne Shorter's Black Nile, and Ornette Coleman's Turnaround among other great songs. I'm excited about this one.
